Yvonne Olson, RPA is the Senior Vice President of NAI WEST Commercial Property Management. She has been with the company since 2004 and is responsible for all property management employees and aspects of the Property Management Department. She has over 22 years of extensive experience in the commercial real estate management and construction industry. She is a Real Property Administrator (RPA) through The Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) as well as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Yvonne holds a Utah State Real Estate Sales Agent License and is on the Board of the NAI Global Asset Services Council.
Prior to joining NAI, she managed properties in Virginia, Pennsylvania and New York. She has extensive experience with institutional clients managing office, retail, industrial and construction management services. During her management in New York, she was responsible for converting a 4.1 million square foot single tenant property into a multi tenant park.
Yvonne currently is responsible for overseeing the strategic management and operations of the company’s third-party portfolio of office, industrial, and retail assets. She is also responsible for growing the company’s property management practice in Utah and in other Western markets. NAI WEST Commercial Property Management is the #1 third party property management company in the state of Utah and has remained #1 for the past five years.
