Wick Udy, Vice President in the NAI WEST Industrial Division, specializes in flex and medium distribution. Wick provides financial lease analysis preparation, negotiation of lease structure and execution of purchase agreements to a wide array of owners and landlords. Wick is a part of one of the top producing industrial teams in the Utah real estate market. Together they have leased or sold over 34 million square feet of facilities and land. Integrity, trust, exceptional service and hard work are the values on which they base their team philosophy. Previous to starting his career in real estate, Wick played professional baseball for the Seattle Mariners. He attended Dixie State and Oregon State prior to signing. After playing, Wick went on to finish his degree in Organizational Communications at the University of Utah. Wick's diverse background lends to his superb negotiating skills and capacious client list. Wick is currently a member of the NAIOP Chapter and The Utah Economic Alliance for Economic Development.
