| Reed has been a commercial real estate agent since 1997. Before this time, he was pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Utah when events in the family business redirected his course to commercial real estate development. Reed has been actively involved and a part of the most successful commercial brokerages in Utah County. Reed began his career with D&B Commercial working with them through 2001 where he then joined Grubb & Ellis. In 2004 Prudential CRES acquired Grubb & Ellis and Reed became an integral part of Prudential CRES. Reed is now excited to have joined NAI WEST. Reed advises and negotiates the leasing and sales of office and industrial properties and has done extensive work in land development and the entitlement processes. Reed has learned the value and complexity of water rights and comfortably advises and negotiates deals in that area. Although not his focus, Reed has also successfully negotiated multi-million dollar sales in the Retail sector as well. While working at Grubb & Ellis, Reed began a business partnership with Craig Gardner. As a team they have been successful in the development, sales, and leasing within NorthPointe Business Park located in American Fork, Utah. NorthPointe is a 1,350,000 sq. ft. office/industrial business park. Reed has deep and strong Utah County Roots. He was born and raised in American Fork. He married Rhonda Cook, also from American Fork and together they have six children: Britnee, Brelynn, Brylee, Braden, Brenna, & Bryson. |
