Office Tenant Representation
Nate began his career in commercial real estate in 2008 working in the data department for then NAI Utah. Nate was the office data manager with responsibilities that ranged from updating property availability to creating in depth analysis of the Salt Lake office market. This experience has given Nate a unique perspective of the market.
Nate then had an opportunity to join one of the states leading office teams that managed leasing for buildings with a cumulative square footage over 1 million square feet.
Nate then had the opportunity to join the NAI Global Corporate Solutions that has extensive experience in assisting companies with their real estate needs across the country and the globe. NAI Global Corporate Solutions completes hundreds of transactions annually and has completed transactions in over 700 cities and 20 countries.
Nate now brings this broad perspective from data analysis to national tenant representation to his clients here in the Salt Lake office market. Nate recently teamed with Casey Mills an 8 year veteran of the Salt Lake office market.
