Scope of Service Experience
Industrial specialist Kyle Roberts’ expertise in financial analysis brings value added services to his clientele. In addition to his extensive knowledge and experience in the industrial market, Kyle is uniquely positioned to assist clients in making the most fiscally sound business positions. Additionally, as a co-founding principal of NAI WEST, Kyle also has a unique perspective as a business owner which serves his clients well.
Kyle’s core business focus is centered on evaluating the best possible options for clients, based on the client’s real estate goals relating to their strategic business plan. His motto is “Real estate opportunities favor those who plan for and analyze their current and future needs, and are prepared to execute financially sound decisions based on the best available market knowledge.” Kyle specializes in several areas of expertise including, investment opportunities, lease versus own scenarios, present value lease analysis, and tax free exchanges. Kyle’s clients have learned to depend on him to analyze, plan, and execute the most complex transactions. Kyle’s financial analysis skills have made him proficient in sale and lease negotiations. He has been involved in more than 1,000 individual transactions, representing clients in the acquisition or disposition of over 12.75 million square feet of facilities, 3,500 acres of land, with a cumulative value exceeding $1.25 billion.
Kyle’s broad client roster includes both local and national concerns. National clients include the U.S. Postal Service, Army Corps of Engineers, Federal Express, International Paper, First Industrial Trust, Majestic Realty Co., and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance. Utah clients, many of whom Kyle represents on an exclusive basis, include Price Realty Group, ICON Health & Fitness, The Sorenson Companies, CDI Media Inc., and Utah Paper Box. At the University of Utah, Kyle centered his studies on real estate finance. Kyle sits on the NAI Industrial Council, Principals Directors and Managers Group, is a founding principal of NAI WEST, and is a member of many local and national real estate organizations including the Utah CCIM, and SIOR Chapters.
