Career Summary: 

Mr. Longaker is a senior and seasoned commercial real estate professional with significant experience in office leasing from both tenant representation and landlord representation standpoints and also in investment and user sales.  He is recognized by his clients and peers for integrity, service and performance of a consistently high quality nature.  Mr. Longaker was the Commercial Salesman of the Year for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors in 1987, after being a finalist the two previous years. This is a once in a lifetime award.

Mr. Longaker was named Vice President in 1991 and First Vice President in 1997. During his fifteen year tenure at CB Richard Ellis, he was recognized as the "Top Producer" five times and was in the "Top Five" on ten occasions (more times for each recognition than any other agent). He was also the Principal Broker for both Brokerage and Management Services in 1988 and 1989.
