Scope of Service Experience
Casey Mills is a real estate agent with NAI Utah focusing exclusively on the leasing and sales of office product. His primary channels of business consist of two aspects of real estate:

Landlord Representation: Casey assists office building owners who are looking to either sell or lease their vacant office space located in Salt Lake County. In this capacity he assists building owners with identifying the most likely user for their space and creating and executing an aggressive marketing plan in order to get the vacant space filled as expeditiously as possible. A typical marketing plan consists of distributing marketing brochures to all likely office space users via direct mail, making all other office leasing brokers aware of the space’s availability and having cold calls placed to the most likely users of the office space.

Tenant Representation: If a user of office space is looking to either lease or purchase office space in Salt Lake County, Casey assists by; identifying available space alternatives which meet his client’s needs, arranging and overseeing property tours of spaces, creating comparative cost analyses for the different alternatives, negotiating the most favorable deal possible for his clients and reviewing the final lease/sales documents to ensure all terms negotiated are incorporated into the transaction.
Background & Experience
Casey has been employed with NAI since 1999. Initially he worked in the investment division where his primary role was to assist in the analyses of investment properties for his team’s clients. Since 2003, Casey has focused exclusively on helping his clients with the leasing and sales of office space. During his first year as an office leasing/sales agent Casey earned the “Rookie of the Year” award. This award was given to the agent who closes the highest volume of business during their first year as a sales agent. Having earned this award at age 23, Casey became the youngest sales agent to ever win “Rookie of the Year” at NAI Utah. At age 28 Casey was able to win the “Most Transactions” award for having completed more transactions than any of the other 120 agents throughout NAI Utah’s 5 sales offices located across Utah. Casey repeated this achievement again at age 29, becoming one of the only agents to earn this award in back to back years.
