Kneel has been with NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate since 1999 as a commercial real estate consultant specializing in Tenant Representation and the disposition of properties. Prior to joining NAI, Kneel lived in Nashville, TN where he spent 10 years at Colliers Turley Martin Smith and was the leading salesman at the firm in 1993, 1995 and 1997. While in Tennesee, Kneel was awarded a lifetime membership in the National Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.

Kneel received his bachelors degree from Vanderbilt University and earned his CCIM designation in 1992.

| Kneel specializes in Corporate Services with a primary focus in the industrial and logistics side of the business. He has several national clients and has closed deals in over a dozen states. In addition, Kneel has served on three regional boards for national logistics groups and is the current president of Warehousing, Education, and Research Council's (WERC) Utah Chapter. |
