With over 30 years of real estate, banking and finance experience, Steve Condie’s knowledge is a powerful contributor to his well-established career. His involvement in property acquisition, subdivision application and entitlement process are a few examples of his vast real estate experience. In 1991, Steve began to concentrate his efforts in the Industrial real estate market. He splits his time equally between landlord and tenant representation. Steve has leased or sold over 34 million square feet of facilities and land.
In 1998, Steve co-founded NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate and Property Management; he currently acts as NAI Utah's Associate Broker. His performance at NAI Utah has been recognized with several awards, including Top Industrial Agent, Best Team Player, “Top Dog” Award, and Number One Transaction Producer three years running.
Steve has been active in many professional real estate organizations that include NAI Utah’s national Logistics Group, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Warehouse Education and Research Council (WERC), and Council for Logistics Management (CLM). Participation in these organizations both locally and nationally provide Steve with product knowledge and contacts that enable him to better serve his clients.
