| Brenda Dutson an Associate Broker focused in Office / Mixed-Use / Investments in the State of Utah started her career in 1979 with her dad, a developer in Idaho working in commercial real estate, where her love continues still. The experience of taking clients through site location, acquisitions, entitlement, while developing master plan agreements with government officials and negotiating with financial institutions followed by executing a marketing plan and sales forecast for project completion gives her a level of the "Big Picture" for commercial real estate like no other Broker. |
