Background & Experience

Craig Gardner has been involved with real estate since 1982 and is a specialist in office, industrial, investment and land. He began his commercial real estate career in San Diego, CA in 1982 and specialized in investment real estate. After a successful three years in California, he returned to his home state of Utah in 1985 and after obtaining his broker’s license, continued his career in commercial real estate. He has been the principal broker for three national commercial companies including Grubb and Ellis, Prudential CRES, and is currently the principal broker of the NAI Utah County office. He also had his own real estate brokerage company. He joined the NAI Utah in 2008.
Craig along with his business partner, Reed Bromley, have been successful in the development, sales, and leasing within NorthPointe Business Park located in American Fork, Utah. NorthPointe is a 1,350,000 sq. ft. office/industrial business park strategically located in Utah County.
Craig received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. He has been a member of the Cedar Hills City Council and the Cedar Hills Planning Commission.
