Lucas M. Burbank is an Associate Real Estate Agent specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial and land properties across the Mountain West. He has been involved in over 2.3 million square feet of successful building sales and leasing transactions, and over 200 acres sold since January 2009.

As an agent of NAI Utah, Lucas possesses several competitive advantages. He has a support staff consisting of over 30 administrative personnel located in Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah counties. Outside of work, Lucas is actively involved in his community. He has been a volunteer at Primary Childrenメs Medical Center in Salt Lake City since January 2009 and sits on the Intermountain Health Care Volunteer Advisory Council which oversees 600+ volunteers throughout the IHC network. Other community organizations Lucas is involved with include his church, Toastmasters International, and CCIM Utah Chapter.

Education

Following his studies at the University of Utah in Business Finance, Lucas came to NAI Utah as a member of the research team. There he studied the Industrial and Land markets full-time for over a year tracking changes to the market on a daily basis. While a member of this team he performed many market analyses, vacancy and absorption studies, and prepared the published NAI market reports. This macro perspective and market knowledge has empowered Lucas to be an up and coming specialist in the commercial real estate industry. He is an active candidate for the CCIM designation and is always pursuing opportunities to further his education.
