Jack A. Woodward is a Principal and Executive Real Estate Agent of NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate specializing in the leasing and sales of office buildings.
Jack has been active in Salt Lake City real estate for the last three decades with experience in numerous transactions. He has negotiated transactions for a varying range of clients from Class A office space users to high-tech industrial users with a combination of office, research, and development or warehouse requirements.
Jack has also negotiated sales of numerous office buildings in Salt Lake City including Jordan Gateway Plaza, 136 East South Temple, 257 Tower, HK Tower, Lakeside Plaza and The Woodlands.
In recognition of his achievements and excellence, Jack was named “Commercial Salesman of the Year” in 1989 by the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. He is also a Lifetime Member of the Board’s Million Dollar Club.
