Background & Experience

Zan grew up on the family cattle ranch and is a life long resident of Cache Valley and the Logan area. Zan received his education from the Cache County Schools and Utah State University. A True Aggie, Zan is involved deeply in the roots of the region and operates his own cattle ranch today.
Zan provided the area farmers and ranchers with insurance services for over 10 years. As a natural extension of his experience, in 1995, Zan moved into Real Estate as a land specialist filling the needs of his friends and neighbors. He has had tremendous success and has become widely known as the Northern Utah, Southern Idaho expert in Land, Farm and Ranch and Water Sales.
Zan’s passion and favorite part of the Real Estate business is having fun doing deals and making great friends. His motto is: “Helping you get what you want!”
