| In 1994 Mark qualified for lifetime membership to real estate's Million Dollar Club. He holds the title of "Deal Maker" for 1991 and 1992 for closing the greattest number of real estate transaction in a year, most of which involved Fortune 500 companies. In 1990 Mark received the New America Network's "Vision Award" for outstanding performance. Since the award's inception in 1990 Mark is the only recipient of this award. |

| Mark works with the image and economic requirements of notable firms such as Jones Waldo Holdbrook & McDonough, Suiter Axland, Durham Jones and Pinegare, TraskBritt, etc. In addition to the above, Mark's clients represent a broad range of industries, including insurance companies, high technology, manufacturing, petroleum, transportation and the service sector. Among these are nationally recognized organizations such as The principal Financial Group, General Electric, The Equitable, and Wang laboratories. Regional firms include Gentner Communications, National Health Laboratories and The Dresser Rand Corporation. He was also selected as one of the exclusive agents to represent the State of Utah in the acquisiiton of half of a city block for the construction of the Class A Downtown Office $85 million Courts Complex. |
