Scope of Service Experience

Rick heads the Land Services Division and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of development properties. He also heads the Hospitality Services Group for NAI's Western Region.
Rick's interest in real estate started 30 years ago as he began buying and selling single family and apartment properties. He began his career at Gump & Ayers Commercial Real Estate, then formed a partnership with Howa Construction to develop retail and investment properties. He later joined Wallace Associates, a real estate consulting firm and then moved to Grubb & Ellis serving as Vice President of Investment Services.

Background & Experience
|
Rick joined NAI Utah five years ago and currently heads the Land and Investment Services Divisions. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of development properties. This involves a true understanding of the many issues that face developers, including site analysis, zoning and entitlement issues and eventual product disposition.
With 25 years experience in the Utah real estate market, Rick has been involved in almost all types of commercial transactions. This has led him to believe that the best way to serve his clients is to stay at the forefront of what's happening in the industry. Staying ahead of the game is the surest way for his clients to be successful. He has worked with most of the regions planning districts, consulted with various city agencies and formed relationships with many local and national developers and investors.
In 2003, Rick formed the NAI Hospitality Services Group with other seasoned associates. NAI is the only brokerage that is a member of the Utah Hotel & Lodging association. He has since been named as the Northwest Regional Director for NAI's National Hospitality Services Group. |
