Jeff Heaton is a Senior Real Estate Agent specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of Industrial Properties across the Wasatch Front. After joining NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate in 2000 as an industrial market research specialist, Jeff’s attention to detail and experience with the real estate transaction process helped him to quickly establish himself as an expert in the industry.
Jeff is a goal oriented individual whose desire to succeed and understanding of Broker- Client relationships make him an asset to his clients. He has negotiated transactions for a varying range of clients from high-tech industrial users with a combination of office, research, and development requirements to various warehouse properties. Jeff’s aggressive work ethic has led him to average over 70 transactions per year and he was awarded ‘Most Transactions’ in 2005 for all of NAI Utah. As a candidate of the CCIM designation, one of the most comprehensive commercial real estate memberships in the industry, Jeff is dedicated to learning and improvement.
