Lloyd E. Allen has been with NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate Since May, 2006, as the Business Director of their Salt Lake Office. Lloyd was previously a Transaction and Litigation Attorney at Hirschi Christensen PLLC and joins NAI to support brokers in many areas, from assisting with business plans and specific deals, to ensuring that all agents are informed of and kept up-to-date with applicable commercial real estate laws.

| Lloyd Allen has over 20 years of experience in the business and legal realm. For the past 10 years, his legal practice has focused specifically on Real Estate transactions. Allen also worked for IBM for over six years in Salt Lake and San Francisco, as well as their corporate headquarters in New York. There he served as IBM's Corporate Counsel where his role included business operations. His business and corporate experience has included the organization and management of legal entities, stock and asset acquisitions, various real estate transactions and secured transactions. |
