Scope of Service Experience
Brandon L. Wood leads NAI's Northern Utah office division. Completing over 400 transactions, Brandon has demonstrated his expertise in the leasing, acquisition and dispostion of office properties.

Brandon firmly believes the most successful brokers have the best information. Understanding this, Brandon has compiled the most extensive tenant database in Northern Utah. He uses this database to expose his client's buildings to a very effective target market. His complete understanding of the tenant's needs gives his clients a powerful competitive advantage in the market.
Education
In 2000 Brandon graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. Brandon's educational background includes corporate finance, real estate, investments, portfolios, risk management, and statistics.

Also in 2000, he completed his Institutional Certificate in Entrepreneurship accredidation. This accreditation involves case study work encompassing; lease financing, firm valuation, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions.
Background & Experience
Since joining NAI, Brandon has been one of the top producing agents in the company on an annual basis. He is the branch broker and one of the founders of the Northern Utah office

Before joining NAI Utah, Brandon served as Executive Vice President of Smoot Commercial Brokers for 3 years.
Professional Affiliations & Designations
In 2004 Brandon received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. The CCIM designation is one of the most comprehensive commercial real estate designations in the industry being held by an estimated 6% of commercial brokers nationally.

In 2005, Brandon served on the Board of Directors for the Utah CCIM Chapter as the Programs Chair.
Significant Transactions
Brandon's more notable transacations include the sale/leaseback of the 12th Street Ogden Clinic facility, a prominent medical clinic in Ogden, Utah, the disposition of 95,000 square foot office building on behalf of Wells Fargo Bank, and the acquistion of a former University of Utah Health Network Building by Stevens Henegar College.
