Bill Nicoloff is a managing partner and one of the founders of the NAI Northern Utah Office.
Bill joined NAI Utah after starting his commercial real estate career with Smoot Commercial Brokers in Centerville, Utah. Completing over 300 transactions, Bill has proven himself to consistently be one of the top producing agents within the NAI Utah Corporation and throughout Northern Utah. His extensive knowledge of the marketplace and meticulous attention to detail has allowed Bill to excel among his peers in the industry and to gain the respect of national and local clientele.
Whether marketing listings or representing buyers and tenants, Bill serves his clients by taking ownership of the transaction process. His extensive personal network consists of tenants, landlords, developers, general contractors, sub contractors, appraisers, bankers, and investors alike, bringing him invaluable resources to meet his clients needs.

Background & Experience
|
Prior to his commercial real estate career Bill worked successfully for six years as an Outside Sales Representative in the steel industry. His clientele consisted of very large corporations such as United States Steel (USX), Bethlehem Steel, National Steel, LTV Steel, AMSTED Corporation, Union Tank Car, GATX, ELKAY Corporation, and EJ&E Railroad. Before Stepping into the Sales Arena Bill was a plant manager in charge of a 50,000 square foot manufacturing and distribution plant.
When leaving the Steel Industry to pursue his commercial real estate career, Chris Vangel, CEO of Steel City Corporation, noted on Bill’s letter of recommendation: “Bill is one of my most valued employees. He is self motivated, eager to succeed, and has a natural talent for sales. Above all, though, is the fact that I trust him implicitly. Bill will be sorely missed here”.
