Aaron has been a commercial real estate agent since 2002 and leads NAI’s Office Division in Utah County. Over the past several years Aaron has become one of the most respected commercial brokers in the Utah market. During the past twenty-four months, he has closed over 60 major transactions; the deals encompassed the sale or lease of over 500,000 square feet. His personal transaction volume in the past two years is over $50 million.
Aaron specializes in all areas of Office Real Estate including Office Investments, Office Land, and Buyer/Tenant – Seller/Landlord Representation.
In 2001 Aaron began an MBA at Utah State University. Upon graduation Aaron began his career at NAI Commercial Real Estate, Inc.

With this in mind, Aaron and his working partner, Preston Davis, have compiled the most comprehensive real estate database in Utah County. This unparalleled and proprietary database contains more than 6,400 investors, 2,100 buildings, 3,900 businesses, and 8,700 vacant parcels of land. Preston and Aaron’s 5-member team continually updates the database and uses its information to identify opportunities for their investors that would otherwise go unseen through public channels of marketing. In addition, this database provides targeted leasing opportunities for properties owned by Aaron and Preston’s clients.
