First Industrial Realty Trust has added the 210,026 square foot Utah Plastics facility at 2700 S. 900 W. in Salt Lake City to its local portfolio. Plans call for Utah Plastics to remain as a tenant along with Unitech, which occupies more than half of the building. First Industrial purchased the property from Utah Plastics Holdings LLC, a limited liability company associated with Utah-based Wasatch Property Management. Jim Sheldon of NAI Utah Commercial facilitated the transaction.
