The Draper Business Park, a four-building complex located at 12162-12257 S. Business Park Dr. in Draper, Utah, has been sold by California-based SVN Equities to Wasatch Acquisitions. The office/industrial park contains an aggregate 152,624 square feet of office and industrial space. Bryce Blanchard and Jim Sheldon of NAI Utah Commercial orchestrated the sales transaction.
