Corporate Real Estate Account Manager

Job Description


Purpose:
 

      To manage corporate real estate portfolios, handling numerous transactions in multiple locations with a professional caliber that maintains, attracts and wins business for the company. 


Key Responsibilities:
 

·        Managing brokers, appraisers, surveyors, architects etc, for multiple transactions across the globe.

·        Providing detailed follow up and reporting to meet client’s expectations

·        Ordering and understanding task reports (i.e. appraisals, surveys, environmental reports, title reports etc.)

·        Negotiating with and providing professional advice to clients, brokers, buyers/sellers and clients involved in real estate transactions

·        Updating/tracking transactions through NAI’s REALTrac system

·        Tracking status and performance of all deals in process – driving deals to close

·        Tracking and meeting deadlines set by the client.


Qualifications:
 

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field preferred

·        Real Estate License or in process of obtaining

·        Minimum of three years experience in corporate or commercial real estate

·        Experience and familiarity with MS Office, Adobe, Internet Explorer

·        Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·        Able to complete multiple projects during the same time frame

·        Very detail oriented

·        Great people and communication skills

·        Ability to focus work in an extremely fast paced environment

Senior Accountant Job Description

 

 

Position Purpose:

To assist the Vice President of Finance & Accounting with financial reporting and compilation, analysis of financial reports, problem solving, maintain financial controls of the company to assure compliance with GAAP and proper internal controls, assure timely and accurate reporting from the financial department for all decision making processes, and to take over a leadership role within the finance and accounting departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Month-end reconciliations and closing processes

·        Monitoring & posting to general ledger accounts

·        Process Booking Packages

·        Accounts receivable and deposits

·        Manage communications with Agents regarding booking packages and splits

·        Periodic ad hoc reporting

·        Financial compilation and review

·        Creation and Evaluation of Standard Operating Procedures

·        Journal entries

·        Analytical problem solving and reporting

·        Spreadsheet creation, modification and maintenance

·        Backup for other Finance and Accounting functions

 

Qualifications:

·        BS degree in accounting or finance

·        Thorough working knowledge of QuickBooks required

·        Experience using MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

·        Strong analytical skills

 

Experience Required:

·        3-5 years accounting experience

·        Real Estate Brokerage experience preferred

This position is open for immediate employment.  The initial position is salaried with a potential career path focused on Commercial Real Estate, Sales and Leasing in the office building specialty in Salt Lake County, Utah.

 

The successful candidate should:

·                     A Real Estate License (not necessary to begin but will be required within 60-90 days of hire)

·                     Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong work ethic

·                     College degree (helpful but not an absolute requirement)

·                     Previous business experience

·                     Have a valid Utah Drivers License

 

Duties include:

 

·                     Preparation of marking materials and presentation

·                     Keep a database up to date

·                     Initiate and continue prospecting activities on a regular basis

·                     Client communication

·                     Assist with creation and packaging of marketing brochures and flyers

·                     Field sign calls

·                     Attend leasing meetings

·                     Update leasing reports

·                     Prepare internal and external commission vouchers and invoices

·                     Meet with clients

·                     Meet with other real estate brokers regarding transactions

·                     Assist in the negotiation process for transactions

·                     Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions

·                     Prepare market analysis for clients
